Q. I formatted my hard disk or changed the operating system and tried to register the program on my computer again but I received the following error message:

A. To solve this problem please download the latest update for the program from our website at: http://www.atasoft.com/support.htm. Follow the instruction to update the software which can be found at the bottom of the page. After downloading and updating the software, try to register it again. If you still face the same problem, please e-mail us with your serial number. The e-mail address is: email@atasoft.com
Q. When I try to register the program I always get this error code

A. First of all, you can download the latest update for the program (see above) and try to register again. If this did not solve the problem, then try to connect to the Internet with a different ISP and try to register again. You need to do this only once and can use your original ISP afterwards as usual.
Q. I want to register the program on another computer but I always get this error message:
This Copy has already been activated. -9
A. All Al-Wafi products can be registered on one computer only. Therefore, you cannot register it on another computer.
Q. When I try to register the program, I get the following error message::
Run-time error '11';
Division by zero
A.To solve the problem, please download this zipped file and copy the file inside to the program's directory replacing the old file, then try to register the program..
Q. I cannot browse the content of the CD and cannot install the program.
A. Try to browse the content of the CD on another PC, but DO NOT install it on that PC because you will not be able to register it again on your original PC.
If you were able to browse the CD on another PC then that means the CD is not compatible with your CD drive. This is a manufacturing error and has nothing to do with us.
To solve this problem you have two choices, either you try to copy the content of the CD to another CD as it is, if you have a CD-writer, or we will send you a replacement CD.
Q. I tried to register my program and I got this error message:
This serial number has been activated too many times. -5
A. Please send us an e-mail to email@atasoft.com with your serial number and we will correct this problem for you.
Q. When I tried to register, I got this error message:
Invalid Serial number. -4.
A. You entered the wrong serial number or mistyped one or more letters. Check the number and try again.
Q. When I try to register, the program hangs up.
A. To solve this problem please download the latest update. See first question.
Q. I have version 2 of Al-Wafi but I cannot run it on my WindowsXP or 2000.
A. Version 2 of Al-Wafi cannot run on theses two operating systems and there is no solution to this problem.

For Windows 7 to get the Arabic characters properly displayed please check the following:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Region and Languages,
3. Click on Administrative Tab
4. Click on (change system locale)
5. Select Arabic (SA)
6. Click OK
7. Click OK again
8. Restart your computer.
Error Code 100: Disable firewall or antivirus software. If still doesn’t work try to connect your PC to the Internet from another network and register the software.
Error Code 70: Means that you should run the setup program as an administrator. Right click on setup.exe and run as administrator.
